How do I know if this is right for me?

If food, body image, or eating habits are causing stress, anxiety, or impacting your daily life, therapy can help. An initial consultation can help us determine if this approach is a good fit for you.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! At this time, I only provide online sessions.

How long does treatment take?

Recovery is a personal journey, and the timeline varies for each individual. Some clients find short-term support helpful, while others benefit from ongoing therapy. We will create a plan that works best for you.

What happens in a session?

Sessions are a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to food and body image. We’ll work on developing coping strategies, challenging negative beliefs, and building a balanced mindset.

Do I need a diagnosed eating disorder to seek support?

No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to get help. If you’re struggling with your relationship with food, body image, or eating habits, therapy can be beneficial.

Who do you work with?

I work with individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and many other challenges. My approach is inclusive and supportive of all genders, backgrounds, and ages.

What is the cancellation policy?

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
